2010 Weekly Rates

When chartering through Amber Charters, you may leave a Sunday morning at 10:00a.m. and the boat must be returned by the following Saturday morning at 10:00a.m.

You may also charter Amber Spirit by the day, and the costs are as followed.

2010 Daily Rates

*Please note that all rates are subject to a charge of 7% PST.
(Note that if the HST comes into effect on July 1, 2010 as anticipated, there will be a 12% HST charge, instead of the 7% PST.)

To Confirm

In order to confirm your charter dates, a $600.00 deposit will be required, and the balance due 60 days prior to departure date. You will also be asked to fill out and sign a Charter Agreement, as well as an Experience Summary. Upon receipt and acceptance of all of the above, your charter will be confirmed.

Insurance

There will be a charge of $55.00 per day of charter for insurance.

Security Deposit

A $1500.00 refundable Security Deposit is required for all charters.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with more than 90 days notice, there will be a $200.00 charge, and the balance of your deposit will be refunded. If cancellation notice is received between 60- 90 days prior to departure date, a $600.00 charge will be in effect. Any cancellation with less than 60 days notice will result in a charge of 100% of the charter cost.

Early Boarding

Please note that there will be a $75.00 fee if you would like to sleep on the boat the eve of your departure date.
